MANATEE — Authorities have arrested a Manatee couple on charges of child neglect after a witness said they used and sold drugs in front of their 1-year-old baby girl, and allowed the child to crawl on the floor next to used syringes, according to Manatee County Sheriff’s Office reports.
Sheriff’s deputies arrested Kenneth Kresho, 37, and Bianca Farr, 30, on Monday, each on a charge of child neglect. They were each being held on $10,000 bond at the Manatee County jail.
The witness told detectives Kresho and Farr also failed to look after the baby and the infant often fell off a bed in their home. The witness also claimed to have seen Farr “violently” strike the baby, as well as yelling and screaming at her for crying, the sheriff’s report said.
