Ladies, consider wearing slacks while shopping.
Why? Because you never know when you'll meet a perv trying to sneak a peak with his camera phone.
Meet Ty Standley, 34, of Deltona. He's accused of the sex offense of video voyeurism. He was pretending to be looking at shoes in Sears at Altamonte Mall. A loss-prevention officer there watched Standley on surveillance cameras taking photos of girls, reports the Orlando Sentinel.
He was bending down on one knee, acting like he was looking at shoes, but had placed his iPhone under the skirt of a girl in front of him as she looked at shoes, according to the report.
He stood up and walked away when he saw the officer but was taken into custody
The victims were under 16.
