"Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora has been popped for a DUI after police pulled him over for swerving and lo and behold, Richie was under the influence!

Sambora, who was admitted into rehab twice last year, has been busted for driving under the influence after police pulled him over last night.

Our friends at TMZ scooped the story: Law enforcement sources tell us the Bon Jovi guitarist was pulled over by the Laguna Beach PD just before 11:00 PM last night.

Police say they observed him driving erratically in a black Hummer and pulled him over. He failed numerous field sobriety tests and was detained for DUI.

UPDATE 1 - A police source is claiming that Richie Sambora's 10-year-old daughter Ava was in the car at the time of his DUI arrest!

As a side note, Heather Locklear is Ava's mother...and she is NOT going to be happy.

Update 2 - Sambora was in fact with his daughter along with another juvenile and another adult -- a woman. If Richie was driving drunk, he could and should be charged with endangering the two children."
