Gabriel Hall shakes the baby for having the wrong mother

A 20-year-old man was being held in the Bexar County Jail on Friday in connection with a suspected case of child abuse.

According to an arrest affidavit, Gabriel Eron Hall and his girlfriend, Maria Lujano, got into an argument Wednesday after she asked him to move out of her residence.

Lujano then placed their 4-month-old son in a baby swing and went to the bathroom. Moments later, she heard the baby screaming, the affidavit stated. Lujano returned to the living room and saw Hall violently shaking their son while he was in the swing, the affidavit stated. Lujano yelled at Hall to stop and pushed him away.

That's when Hall told Lujano that he didn't shake the baby "that hard" and that if he meant to hurt the child that is "what he gets" for her being his mother, the affidavit stated.

Lujano then called her sister, who called police.

The baby was taken to University Hospital, where it was determined that he had swelling in his head and some bleeding and bruises in his upper front torso.

What a fucking coward! He takes out his anger on a baby.

I hope that the mom stays away from him and that child is never allowed near him again. He obviously lacks any care for her or his own child -

I am glad her sister called the police on him, and that the baby is getting medical care.

He should have kicked his own dumb ass. I think had the baby been able to select parents, it would not have been that dumb ass tard in this story.

1.) Is Gabriel the father?

If so... then I hope Mom shows him what the baby deserves for him being the father... kick his ass out, file for child custody and rape his ass in court and take away any visitation.

Since they have the same last name I'm going to assume he is. Someone should shake his tard ass because he is one load his mother definitely should have swallowed.

Looks like it. But then again, some tard moms will name a baby after whatever guy is handy at birth and claim him to be the dad. And the tard dude will puff up his chest and act like he's doing some big thing by letting it happen (knowing he's not the dad) Anything for the illusion of a "happy family".
