A disturbed Bronx teen who claimed to be a zombie stabbed his three younger siblings on Wednesday - and was stopped from killing them by a hero neighbor, cops said.
Nelson Santos, 17, snapped at about 3:30 p.m., attacking his two little brothers and sister with a butcher knife in a second-floor apartment on Clay Ave. in Morrisania.
When cops arrived at the scene and asked Santos why he tried to kill his siblings, he said, "I was zombielike," according to a police source.
"He said he was seeing demons," the source said.
Santos, whom neighbors said practiced black magic, allegedly stabbed his brothers, Miguel, 13, and James, 6, in the back, and left his sister, Ashley, 9, with superficial wounds, cops said.
Covered in blood, Miguel Santos, who was stabbed five times, bolted from his living room and ran to a downstairs neighbor's apartment screaming for help.
The neighbor, John Flores, 19, said Nelson Santos chased Miguel with "a big kitchen knife about as long as my forearm."
"He said the world was going to end so he had to kill his brothers and sister," Flores said.
"I tried to stop him and we wrestled," said Flores, whose mother, Delila Flores, 36, grabbed the knife from Santos.
Kudos to the neighbor for saving those kids lives! Let's hope Miguel can pull through
