Just wanted to let you all know i have read the new bulletins. I never said Jackie did it. How would I know. I live in another state. Theres alot that has evolved in the last few weeks. Until I hear the truth I dont know what to think. Thats all I can say. Also the Dytanious person knows Jackie very well, and is part of the family and is only supporting me because I have had a rough time with this all. And whenever something pops up about how Jackie should get the death penalty it is really hard. Remember she is my child. Anyways. Take care everyone. I have to go. Having to remind people that I do have feelings and that this is a extremely draining crisis is also taking its toll. Good bye

SPOKANE, Wash. - A Spokane teen who helped beat and stab her father to death has been sentenced to 22 years in prison.
Eighteen-year-old Jackie Wortham said in Spokane County Superior Court Wednesday that she thinks about her father every day and regrets what she did.
Daniel Wortham was attacked one night in March 2008 when he returned home from a plumbing job.
Prosecutors say Jackie Wortham and her boyfriend used a baseball bat, knife, wrench and a 3-foot-long sword. The medical examiner says Daniel Wortham died from multiple stab wounds and blunt force trauma causing acute blood loss.

So she will get out at age 40 at least, plenty of time to have a kid of her own. I wonder. When you murder your parent in cold blood as a teen, do you lay awake at night worrying that your kid will do the same to you someday? I hope so.

I remember reading what one FBI profiler said about children who kills parents when there is no abuse of any kind going on.
And that was the point that children that do that are usually psycho/socio paths.
This girl should never be out on the streets again.
