Greenacres police arrested two men Friday night, saying they say abducted a 15-year-old girl, took her to an apartment and then sexually battered her.
The girl was walking in a neighborhood Friday morning near Jog Road and Cresthaven Boulevard when the men abducted her, said Greenacres Police Sgt. Brandon Aultman.
Police went to the apartment Friday afternoon and saw Peterson Fils-Aime, 22, but he fled when they tried to talk to him, Aultman said.
Police caught up with him and arrested him on unrelated charges.
A few hours later, police raided the apartment and detained Reginald Fils-Aime, 24, who was inside.
Both men later were charged with kidnapping, false imprisonment and sexual battery. They were held without bail in the Palm Beach County main jail.
