BAKERSFIELD, Calif. -- Deputies said early Saturday morning the child dialed 911 and told them that her mother and grandmother had been shot at their home on the 200 block of South Plymouth Street.

Deputies said they found 45-year-old Suzan Fuller and 69-year-old Sharon Sue Cannon shot to death.

Deputies said there were two children inside the home, including the little girl who called for help.

The children told deputies that the suspect, 56-year-old Robert Dale Fuller, is their father.

They told deputies that he had fled the area.

Fuller was later caught and arrested.

He's been booked into the Kern County Jail where he is charged with two counts of murder.

Bail has not yet been set.

He is due in court on Tuesday.

An autopsy for both victims will be conducted on Monday.
