POKANE VALLEY, Wash. March 22 2008 - Spokane Valley Police are asking for your help locating 33-year-old Nichole Marriott. Police say Marriott assaulted a mall security officer Monday night then fled the store in her underwear. Marriott left her purse containing her identification and the jeans police say she was trying to steal at Macy’s.

The store security officer watched Marriott pick up several items of clothing and carry the items into a changing room. When Marriott exited she placed everything but a pair of jeans on the counter.
When she walked out of the store without paying for the missing jeans a security officer confronted her. Police say Marriott became combative and attempted to flee. During the scuffle, she punched the male security officer. Police say the security guard pulled Marriott to the floor but her coat came off and she was able to get back up. That is when the security officer grabbed the dress Marriott was wearing, the dress tore and she ran out of the store in just her undergarments.
