A nationwide hunt is on for a man accused of sexually assaulting a child at an Apple Valley home daycare.
According to the criminal complaint,
Bruno Rubin Decelis Sr., 53, willingly talked to investigators and
admitted to exposing himself to a three-year-old girl at least three times at the daycare his wife ran out of their home.
But now that he's been charged, prosecutors say
Decelis is nowhere to be found.
According to the complaint,
Decelis repeatedly exposed himself to the girl, laid next to her at naptime, and asked her to touch him.
State records show the daycare's license was suspended June 19, the day after the alleged abuse was reported to police.
"As you can imagine it would affect anybody…knowing my father, I'd say it was false, but I mean what can you do? He is not here anymore," said the suspect's son Bruno Rubin Decelis Jr. ""He is gone, put it that way."
