Diana Izaguirre missing, kidnapper calls family.

An Amber Alert continues for a 14-year-old girl kidnapped from her home.

Diana Izaguirre was with her cousin sitting outside her home listening to music. That's when two masked men dressed in black, from head to toe, ran up and grabbed the 14-year-old girl.

NEWSCHANNEL 5 was at the family's home on Sunchase Circle, when the man suspected of kidnapping the girl called.

The suspect is Diana's sister's ex-boyfriend, 27-year-old Victor Garcia. He denied taking the teen. He told the family he was in Harlingen.

Diana's sister says, "Two days ago, he started leaving my sister threatening messages, saying he was gonna do something here at the house, like burn it down or that he and his friends were gonna take her. Things like that."

Diana's mother was grief-stricken as she pleaded for her daughter's safe return. She says Garcia is always causing problems for her family.

Garcia is described as five-feet, five inches tall and weighing 170 pounds. He has a tattoo on his neck. We're told the kidnappers sped away in a black older model Lincoln or Grand Marquis.

Hmmm, what was going on? Why would he take her and not the one who rejected him?

Authorities suspect a breakup that "went bad" is the likely motive behind a teenage girl's kidnapping that launched a statewide Amber Alert.

Diana Izaguirre, 14, has been missing from her Primera home since about 6 p.m. Monday.

Two masked men jumped from behind trees, dragging Izaguirre into a black car as she sat on her front porch with her cousin, Primera police Sgt. Joe Rodriguez said.

Rodriguez said the primary suspect in the investigation is Izaguirre's ex-boyfriend, 27-year-old Victor Garcia.

"There was really no weapons involved," Rodriguez said. "They just took her by force."

Investigators spoke with Garcia after the Amber Alert was broadcast late Monday evening, Rodriguez said. The suspect told police he had nothing to do with Izaguirre's disappearance.

"He's pretty much just scared about what's going on," Rodriguez said. "They had broken up; now it went bad."

Since then, investigators have not heard from Garcia.

"We're hoping she's going to turn up unharmed," Rodriguez said.

Garcia stands 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighs 170 pounds, has brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants and a tattoo on his neck, authorities said.

Police said Garcia may be driving a black Mercury Grand Marquis with Texas license plates 3VGWH.

Izaguirre stands 5 feet tall, weighs 120 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a white sleeveless shirt with gray shorts and has a tattoo on her right ankle.

Law enforcement officials believe Izaguirre is in grave or immediate danger.

OKAY, now it seems I read the previous article wrong. The 14 year old was dating the 27 year old. If what I am reading is right, she broke up with him, and he decided he was going to take her?

A crime stoppers tip led authorities to a west Brownsville motel where police found a kidnapped Primera girl and her alleged abductor.

Authorities stormed a room at the Plaza Square Motel off Central Boulevard and Price Road late Tuesday afternoon.

Investigators found 14-year-old Diana Izaguirre and Victor Garcia inside the motel room.

Authorities told Action 4 News that Izaguirre appeared to be unharmed.

The 14-year-old girl was allegedly abducted by two masked men from the front yard of her parents' Primera home on Monday night prompting an Amber Alert.

Investigators believe Garcia may have kidnapped the girl in retaliation for her older sister breaking up with him.

FBI agents initially took custody of Garcia but released him to the custody of Primera and Brownsville police to face state kidnapping charges.

There was no word on the identity of the second suspect.

I'm tellin' you, man... concentration camps. I'm sure not all the Jews were bad people, either. But maybe we'll get lucky and, like the Jews, the neck tattoo people will just get their own country. It might be even more aggressive than Israel, but, at this point, I believe that to be a risk we must take.

man accused of kidnapping a teenage girl from her Primera home told a judge that he's not guilty.

Amber Alert kidnapping suspect Victor Garcia appeared before Brownsville Municipal Court Judge Ben Neece around 8 a.m. Wednesday.

Garcia is accused of kidnapping 14-year-old Diana Izaguirre from the front yard of her Primera home on Monday night.

Brownsville police received a tip on their crime stoppers line Tuesday that led them to Izaguirre, Garcia and others.

Authorities found Victor Garcia, their prime suspect, in the parking lot of the Plaza Square Motel off Central Boulevard and Price Road.

Police arrested Garcia and four other people.

Brownsville police charged Garcia with marijuana charges after finding marijuana at the scene.

Judge Neece gave Garcia a $5,000 bond for a marijuana charge.

Garcia told the judge that he's not guilty of kidnapping.

The Harlingen man claimed in the Brownsville courtroom that Izaguirre told him, "Hey baby, I know you didn't do anything."

Primera and Brownsville police are still investigating the kidnapping that took place Monday night.

Relatives told Action 4 News that Izaguirre is said to be doing fine.

Garcia is expected to be handed over to Cameron County officials to be formally charged with kidnapping charges later this moring.

No word yet on a possible motive in the kidnapping.

I really hope her sister didn't say that. And if she did, I hope her sister distances herself from her. That is not sisterly love...

Maybe the Diana started dating Victor and they had to runaway because her older sister and parents would have freaked out if they found out. It does say " I <3 V" on her myspace. And she seems a bit too happy for a girl who was just abducted and returned to her family.
