well there's no way to prove that. i was just saying that i check it all the time because when the baby first died i sent a message to her and she puts her pictures on in order so the last ones are ones she's put on most recently. plus she didnt have the piercing either did he in any of the pictures when the baby died and she's only been dead 2 months

Damnit I missed this by a few days but little Natalie would have been one this past week. RIP little one. It seems no one ever really publicly announced how you died and why but I continue to hope it was painless.

This is the only thing im going to say about this is i have an uncle who had a piece of his chin eaten my a rat when he was a baby in his crib, they say the smell of the milk attracted it, and 2: if you know you have a rat issue this bad why didn't you keep the baby's crib against the bed where you could defent it?

OMG! This is too freaky! I just just watched a re-run of "Dr. G Medical Examiner" the other night and she had an almost identical case:
Baby's sleeping next to Mommy.....Mommy wakes up....baby is dead and bloody.....Mom says baby never cried-

At first police thought the rat bites were the mom's fingernail marks and that she had beaten the baby to death. I was ready to hang her too--it seemed like the only explanation

In the end, the autopsy determined:
THE BABY HAD DIED IN HER SLEEP of heart or lung problems (I forget) and
THE RATS ATTACKED THE BABY POST-MORTUM ("fingernail marks" actually rat bites)

I don't know if the outcome will be the same in this case, but it would be the least horrible scenario, don't ya think? But I guess we'll have to wait and see.

So many disturbing things to be read on here, and they are all upsetting. This, I just am heart sick over. Rats are a huge fear for me, and I have seen one cornered and baring it's teeth better than any threatened dog possibly could. This poor, poor beautiful baby.

Apparently the other kid was still in foster care. If I'd just lost my daughter to rats I might go on a several month drinking bender too, especially if they'd taken away my other child.

Totally agree with you on this one! If I was in this situation I wouldn't spend a minute of my life sober. I would be ingesting anything I could get my hands on; how could you not? The pain would be unbearable!!!!
