Why can't I figure this out?
Ivan Martinez, Ivan Mata Martinez, and Ivan Mata-Martinez are all the same guy :) One article says he is her ex-husband, another says current husband. One says he is the bio-dad, another says he is not. I don't think it really matters.
What is clear is he is out of the picture (in jail), his parents live in Mexico, and that is where authorities believe she is headed with the kids.

Duh, I should know that...where I work most of the employees have like 4 last names in every given order.
But if she's headed to Mexico with the kids there must be some tie there, I'm thinking.
