Oregon 911, whats your "McDonalds" Idiot emergency??, Hello this is Jeremy Martin...

    Jeremy Lloyd Martin, 23

LoL, Dumbass Tard fought with the 911 operator. The 911 tape rules!!!!!

    During 911 call #1:
Martin: "I was at a McDonalds and I paid $10 and these guys gave me one burger and fries that's it, man.”
Operator: "Sir, this is not a 911 emergency; 911 is only for life and death situations."
    During 911 call #2:
Martin: ""Oh my God, the lady at McDonalds has a gun pointed at my head. Send a cop right now."
Operator: "Does she have a gun pointed at your head?"
Martin: "Yup. You're going to send me a cop."
Operator: "Yes, I'm going to send you a cop."
Calling 9-1-1 from McDonald's to complain about your hamburger order, will get you a warning. Call repeatedly, and you'll be eating in a cop car

That's what happened to 23-year-old Jeremy Lloyd Martin early Friday after he allegedly called Clackamas County dispatchers several times, saying an employee at the McDonald's on Southeast 82nd Avenue at Sunnyside Road near the Clackamas Town Center had robbed him of $8 for not fulfilling his order correctly.

Martin said he gave the worker $10, but only got one burger and fries

Martin was repeatedly warned by dispatchers that he could get arrested for misusing 9-1-1, but he did not back down.

He threatened to sue if a cop didn't arrive.

Martin got his wish and was arrested, charged with improper use of a 9-1-1 system.

CLACKAMAS, Ore. - A man upset at the way McDonald's employees handled his order was charged after allegedly calling 911 repeatedly on Friday to report the restaurant had robbed him, authorities said. Jeremy Lloyd Martin, 23, was charged with improper use of the 911 service, the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office said. He spent a night in jail over the incident.

According to a tape of the 911 calls released by Clackamas County 911, a man initially told a dispatcher that he was at the McDonald's near the intersection of Southeast Sunnyside Road and Southeast 82nd Avenue and needed help. The man said he had paid $10 in the drive-thru but only received a single burger and a fry before he was told to pull around. "Sir, this is not a police matter," the dispatcher told him. "You need to take it up with the manager of the McDonald's."

But a person who identified himself as Martin called back demanding that dispatchers send a police officer to the scene and threatening to sue. "This is a 911 emergency," the person said. "I got robbed for eight dollars." "Sir, 911 is life-and-death only," the dispatcher said. "If you do continue calling 911 you will be arrested for misuse." "Well, arrest me at (expletive) 82nd and Sunnyside Road," the caller responded. "Please send a cop right now. I swear to God all my life..."

Eventually an officer arrived after a person who identified himself as Martin had called 911 again.

A McDonald's employee also called 911 to report that three men were screaming at her and trying to fight. The dispatcher told her to keep the doors locked and not to approach the drive-thru. Another witness told 911 the men were harassing employees.

On Saturday, Martin told KATU he stood by his actions. "I was very upset that they tried to charge me for food I had already paid for," he said. Martin said he has worked on the other side of the drive-thru window as an assistant manager at a competing fast food restaurant and has called 911 over disputes involving customers but was never before arrested.

"For me to end up going to jail over a $10 order, that's just ridiculous," he said.

oh noes! not another life or death critical situation where someone was unsatisfied with the service at McDonalds? it's becoming a sustained pattern of denial of fast food related civil rights! i think there needs to be a congressional hearing on this issue that affects all american fucktards.

yet another McDouche learns the hard way that the number to McDonalds corporate complaint hotline is NOT 911. don't these morons know by now that cops do not consider fast food crises a legitimate situation for emergency responders? although i have to say as far as egregious misuse of 911 goes, this guy has slightly more to his case than the infamous McNugget queen. stealing $8 dollars is just slightly more important than McD's being out of your favourite food. however, it was a nice touch to say the clerk was pointing a gun at him, and then yelling "well, come and arrest me!" i hope he does sue over this, but since they fulfilled what he asked for in the 911 call by arresting him i really don't see what his complaint is.

i second that, i'd love to have a place to keep up on all the epic 911 fast food emergency calls like this. there's just something about seeing someone get arrested for what boils down to a criminal level of stupidity that i find awesome.

These 911 morons must be a product of many generations of inbreeding and exposure to lead paint.

I wish I could play a recording of a 911 that one of our dispatcher took last Friday.. OMG it was so funny..

Johnny answered the phone "911, where's your emergency" and the caller told him "there's a lady whose draped over my chair on her knees and she's won't get up. I need her to leave" Johnny ask where he was and the man said " I know what she wants and she ain't getting it from me" Johnny said 'What is it that she's wanting man" the caller said " she's wanting me to screw her in the butt and I'm not gonna" LOL Johnny ask if he needed an ambulance and the dude said no, just the cops cause she won't leave and it's my mammas house.
Johnny asked again where he lived and he was in the next county over so Johnny transferred him and muted it.. The man told the other dispatcher the same thing and when she ask if he needed an ambulance he told her 'not unless my mamma gets up!"

If you could just hear it you would have loved it..
That was better than the 911 call I got the day the lady told me that I needed to send the cops because there were 2 guys on 1 girl and hung up!
