11yr old boy on bail for sex offences is charged with rape of 9yr old boy

An 11-year-old has been charged with raping a nine-year-old boy while he was on police bail for two other sexual offences.

The child, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was waiting to go to youth court when he is alleged to have raped the boy at the beginning of June.

The defendant has been remanded by the court and moved to a secret location under the care of a local authority.

has anyone looked into this boys homelife?!?!?!?! 11 years old and sexually assulting 3 different kids?!? Sounds to me like this little guy has been abused himself... Just mind boggling.

WOW! I would hate to see him on the streets as an adult....if he has already sexually assulted 3 people at age 11!!!!

He needs psychiatric help...and fast! Though I dont know if that will help. But how do you put him back in society.....to offend again.......makes me wonder what he has seen in his short life....is he imitating something or someone? Has he been a victim himself?

And who taught this young man to do this?
I blame the parents for not regulating tv and/or teaching him this isn't good and is a crime.

Do you honestly think he learned to rape other children because his parents didn't monitor his television viewing habits? Wow. I kinda doubt that.

I believe some kids are born wired that way and eventually it will be a problem.
This kid, may have been allowed to get an early start at it. Its hard to say if reigning him in at home would have helped matters. If he is raping boys at this age is it fair to call him a homosexual already? Ahhh tolerance and political correctness should treat this boy as a normal part of society.

I don't think he is really gay if he molested two girls before he raped the boy. It sounds to me like he is acting out learned traits, as others have said.

Let me 'splain.
There are quite a few movie *I* watch that have rape in them.
So yeah, I do believe it's possible. But I sure don't mind that you disagree with me.

Blaming TV is just as ridiculous as saying this boy got the idea from music such as (the favorite) Marilyn Manson. I would argue more on the line of "The Backstreet Boys".

But honestly, I agree with Malq. Some people are just defective. Born like that.

He may have learned such behavior from a parent or another male in the household. If a little boy sees dad raping mom (or anyone else), he may copy dad. That's not unheard of.

It's said that ''not all the abused go on to be abusers'', and so I guess that ''not all abusers were abused''.

There is very little information on this one, probably because of the kids age and the fact that it is still an on-going case.

I'm thinking this kid probably has suffered abuse, and is taking out his feelings of powerlessness, shame and frustration etc on others. Smaller kids that he can overpower. On the other hand, as malq said, some kids are just wired wrong.

This might sound wierd, but I'm kind of hoping that he is doing this because he was abused himself, as then maybe with a lot of therapy and the right help, he can be 'mended' and go on to have a normal life, recover and be happy. Whereas if he is wired wrong, then he is probably a lost cause.

And if it does emerge that he was abused, I sincerly hope they get the fucker/s who inflicted this damage on him.

ummm - when i said "learned behavior" i didnt mean from watching a rape in a movie but from being a victim of rape himself at the hands of (likely) a family figure.

worse case i ever had was a 4 year old GIRL who was eating out her toddler cousin. yeah. cuz her 7 yr old sister molested her. cuz her 7 yr old sister was getting raped by good ol' gramps. thats what i mean by learned behavior. not watching a movie.
