BTW, all of my tattoos were done by me with one needle prick at a time. The Celtic cross on my left upper arm took three months. 4" tall, 3" wide.

Seems to me if she was telling the truth or a really good liar...she would have said she told him 5 or 6 stars....whatever looked best. Either the guy that did the tat was tweeking and she drugged herself before he started...or she is lying. No stencil is necessary....most honored artist free hand....with nice clean lines.

Though laser treatment has been shown to be a effective way of removing ink, even the most advanced technology would leave white marks across her face.
According to Belgian media, Mr Toumaniantz said he did not regret tattooing Miss Vlaeminck, adding that it had given him publicity.
He has since started asking all his customers to give written consent to his designs.
I'd opt for the white marks. They're easier to cover.
