This fine looking man is in a heap load of trouble. Seems that he thought that it was a good idea to take a 12 year old run away across state lines & to hide out at a relatives house. He started in Alabama, crossed over NW Georgia and ended up in Tennessee. Tennessee already busted his ass for rape of a child and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Alabama is coming for his ass, I just wonder if Georgia will come after him too since he came through Georgia. Then again I am pretty sure the Feds could get involved with this since he did cross state lines with a minor.

A Scottsboro, Ala. man is being held in the Bradley County jail, charged with rape of a child and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Alvin D. Paschal, 26, was arrested Monday night in response to a BOLO (Be On The Lookout) on the vehicle he was driving. The BOLO indicated Paschal could be in the company of a 12 year-old runaway from Scottsboro.
Patrol deputies for the Bradley County Sheriff's Office found Paschal at the home of a relative in south Cleveland.
He was taken to the Judicial Center where detectives from the Scottsboro Police Department and Bradley County questioned both Paschal and the girl. Based on the interviews the suspect was arrested. Bond has been set at $51,500 but he will be held for Scottsboro authorities where additional charges are filed.
