Eugene Ashley thought it was a good idea to give his 3-year-old son a Tattoo

    Eugene Ashley, 24,

    Amy Ashley ( bio-mom)

    Amy & Eugene's 3-year-old son

Fuckin Tard, If you want the kid to have "Daddy’s Boy" on him, buy the kid a T-shirt like every one else does. Jackass.

A Floyd County man has been charged with child cruelty after authorities say he tattooed his 3-year-old son.

Floyd County Police Sgt. Teri Davis said Eugene Ashley, 24, tattooed his son’s back right shoulder with “DB,” which stands for “Daddy’s Boy,” sometime this spring. The child’s mother, Amy Ashley, was not present during the incident.

The tattoo was discovered after an unidentified person complained to the Department of Family and Child Services about the conditions at the Ashley home. The Ashleys have several children, Davis said.

The children remain with their mother. Eugene Ashley was arrested May 21 and faces charges of child cruelty and tattooing a person younger than 18 years old, the latter being a misdemeanor, Davis said.

Ashley has been released from jail. Information on his bond amount was not immediately available

Some people are like Slinkies. They aren’t really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to my face when I push them down a flight of stairs.

She must have had the last one by now, last log in was almost a year ago.

It sounds like all he does is get drunk and screw. If that's her idea of a good husband, I hope she get's therapy.

    Dad Sentenced For Tattooing Toddler

A Georgia father who admits tattooing his toddler has been sentenced to 12 months of probation and a $300 fine.

Floyd County District Attorney Leigh Patterson said the boy was three years old when the worker noticed the tattoo, but the tattooing had occurred a year prior.

Authorities said DB stood for "Daddy's Boy."

It is illegal in Georgia to tattoo a child younger than 18.

Officials said Ashley pleaded guilty Monday in Floyd County Superior Court to tattooing a child under the age of 18.

This father was fairly childish. He didn't think it through. If he wanted to tattoo the kid, he should have chosen something that the kid could live with as an adult. "Daddy's Boy", in code, was just going to be embarrassing. Also, he said he didn't remember doing it? Then how did it get determined that "DB" stood for "Daddy's Boy"? Did he pull the same stunt on any of the other children? I guess he wasn't as proud of them, huh.
