ST. PETERSBURG - A 47-year-old man was arrested early this morning for attacking another man with a pole saw.

Friendly Young, of 1036 1/2 Union St., was charged with aggravated assault and is being held at Pinellas County Jail on $5,000 bond.

According to an arrest report, Young swung the blade of the saw — which can telescope up to six feet and is used for cutting high branches — forcing Lessie Hawkins to defend himself with a plastic chair. The incident took place at 750 East Harbor Drive S.

I'm sorry, I wish I could've been there. I bet that looked funny as hell. I mean, Jackie Chan could make it look cool, but he gets to have a choreographer and try it more than once.

My guess is that little Friendly popped out of his momma's vag and she took one look at his expression and said, "God almighty, that is one antisocial baby! Let me name him Friendly just to remind him to try!"
