WTF!!!, They kidnapped the kid , from right in front of his Elementary School. The 12 year old had a real potty mouth and made all kinds of threats to the Po Po. I bet his mommy is soooo proud of him. He must have been doing that "Snitches get stitches" crap. If we are lucky they will charge the 17 year old as an adult.

The victim was trying to steal the beer at a CVS pharmacy when he was caught by the store manager. Police Detective Ralph Batres says the boy told the manager he had been kidnapped.
The 17-year-old gang member and his 12-year-old brother were arrested late Thursday and taken to Juvenile Hall.
Batres says the teenager was booked for investigation of kidnapping robbery and commercial burglary, with gang enhancements. The 12-year-old was booked for investigation of making criminal threats.
Investigators say the victim was outside Willard F. Payne Elementary School when the teen punched him in the face and demanded the beer run.
