Dan Flores is accused of sexually assaulting a 9-year-old girl on at least two occasions.
Humble police arrested the 56-year-old at his home Wednesday morning. The police affidavit says Flores was the victim's babysitter.
He is being held without bond and is due in court on Thursday morning.

Humble police have arrested an Humble man who has already served time for sexually abusing a five-year-old boy more than a decade ago. On Wednesday he was arrested for a second time, but only after becoming a leader in a local church.
