The attorney general's office says 41-year-old Stacy Burns, a mother of five, was found dead late Sunday morning in her Main Street home.
WMUR News 9's Heather Hamel reported from the scene that officer cordoned off an area of Main Street, where they said a woman was found dead.
The Attorney General's Office has released few details as the investigation broadened from a house to also include an adjacent property and at this point are not saying if they consider this a random crime.
According to the Attorney General's Office, Wolfeboro police were called to the house late Sunday morning where the woman's body was found. Investigators declined to specify early on who called police except to say the caller lived at the house.
