Panus said that on Feb. 15, Carmona dialed 911 from his home to report that his son was unresponsive. The baby was taken to an area hospital suffering from seizures and hemorrhaging, she said.
Carmona told police that he had disciplined the baby when he cried in instances leading up to the child's injuries, Panus said.

He DISCIPLINED a 3 month old baby? WTF? I guess time out wasn't working so he had to beat the brat.
Is he retarded? At 3 months, babies are still just crying when they are hungry, wet or in pain.
