RALEIGH -- Police have charged a man with indecent exposure after, they say, he exposed himself to a 14-year-old girl.

Randall Joseph Norris, 42, was charged with three counts of indecent exposure and three counts of indecent liberties with children.

Police said Norris repeatedly exposed himself to the girl in a shopping center parking lot at 9600 Falls of Neuse Road on April 26. Police said he has been living in the Wendell area.

Detectives are investigating to determine whether Norris may have been involved in other crimes.
