Painter jailed after raping Croydon girl while decorating her home


A pervert who raped a 13-year-old girl while painting her home has been jailed for eight years.

Leroy Anthony Francis was employed as a painter and decorator at the girl’s house in Thornton Heath when he committed the offence.

The 38-year-old appeared at Croydon Crown Court on April 8 where he was convicted and sentenced.

The court heard how in November 2008, Francis was painting a room at the property when the girl arrived home alone from school.

Francis went into her bedroom and told her it was his birthday. He then raped her.

Hope he enjoys all the birthday presents he's about to give the boys in cellblock D. Sick Perv! How can someonje justify stealing such a precious thing from a young girl in order to celebrate their own b-day? She will have to live with this for the rest of her life. Selfish BASTARD.

Sadly, that is the usual pathetic slap-on-the-wrist sentence handed out to pervs in this country.

The papers have no qualms about refering to them as perverts, but the 'justice' system makes up for that by putting them up in a hotel for 8yrs. And he will only do half of that at the most.

Meanwhile, that child and her family have a life sentence. *sigh.
