Level 3 sex offender,Marcus Craft, broke ALL the rules.



He's supposed to be living on Orchard Street, but he's not.
He's supposed to stay away from drugs,but he's not.
He's supposed to stay away from kids, but he's not.

Police found Marcus's things at a womans apartment, along with a couple rocks of crack, and the woman's child. She lied and said he was not living there, but later admitted it. She is being cited for child neglect for letting a man she KNEW was a registered sex offender live there. She also stated she is unsure if he molested her 7 year old.

Marcus is being charged with violating Nebraska's sex offender statutes.

When police arrived at Craft’s apartment, they asked resident Lisa Wright if he lived there. She lied and said no but consented to a search.
