I am not very wordy in my letters but I am sure Imp or someone else is penning up a letter that says this computer and camera restriction should also be a part of your bail conditions.

And each time, it makes even less sense than the last one.

I could respect you even a little if you'd just cop to it, admit you fucked up, and throw yourself on the mercy of the court. But no, you're gonna be arrogant and stupid about this. You really think we've never been around this block before. You really think you're smarter than we are. You really think that we have no research skills, no ability to get documentation, and no contacts at all. And in that, bucko, you are sadly mistaken.

I admit that it was stupid of me not to drive the girls mom home that day as well, and yes, if I were the cops, I might have thought something was up too. But the fact of the matter is, no one was paid to pretend to be anyone, no one pretended to be anyone other than who they were, and nothing illegal happened. I was driving 2 friends to the one's house. The reports by the police even state nothing was found on my computer. But if you read what the detective says, everything was on my computer. They asked the girls mom to search the computer, then they claim it's mine, and charge me with crimes related to what was on it, when it wasn't in my possession. You can't have it both ways. If you wanna ask the girls mom permission to search the computer, then you can't say it belonged to me.

Other crime boards might buy this. I'm not sure which ones, but surely there's one out there that would feel sorry for your ass. But given your convictions, the nine charges against you, and your horrible defense, I'm gonna have to pass on this. You're obviously guilty of a lot of shit, not least of which is lascivious thoughts and intentions toward little girls with an eye toward making some cash on them. You're a hustler, a would-pimp, and the sad thing is, you're not even good at it.

They were photos of her and her girlfriend. They asked the girls mom permission to search the computer, then charge me with kiddy porn. I'm not sure how that goes, but if you ask the girls mom permission to search it, it doesn't belong to me. But if you claim that it's my computer, how can you ask a 3ed party to search it?
