has been arrested on molestation charges stemming from a traffic stop. The New Stanton man was stopped by police and had two 13 year old girls in his backseat. Upon questioning, the girls told officers he pays them to bikini-wrestle. Crise asked officers not to tell the girls his age, as he had lied and told them he was 21.

Police thought they better peruse the laptop and camera he was also transporting, and well...now, police are searching for other kids and adults in found in his videos and still photos.

He is also accused of selling nude photos of a teenager, and paying a man to lure a child from her mother.

He is being charged with sexual abuse of children, sexual exploitation of children, unlawful contact with a minor, criminal use of a communication facility, interference with custody of children, conspiracy and corruption of minors.

I'm not defending child molesters at all, but here's a guy who isn't.

If you'd pay attention, you'd know the facts.

1) He was actually taking the girls to the police to turn in the folks who were doing the bikini wrestling. He had gotten the photos from the girls.

2) He isn't 27, nor did he tell the police that he was 21 or 27. He's 26, and has never committed a crime in his life.

3) He didn't "lure" the children away from their parents. He was taking them to the police that day to get them to put the sickos away that were actually doing the wrestling.

He's been set free, and now he's suing the city for quite a large sum for slander and libel... And he's going after pretty much every website that's carried the story and not updated the fact that it was a lie by the police.

The girls who were 16 and 13 at the time, have already testified on his behalf that they were going to the police at the time he was pulled over. Why was he pulled over? The cop was speeding (doing about 55 in a 25 neighborhood zone) and the cop couldn't stop in time at a stop sign, so he flipped his lights on, and James was already going through the intersection.

Now, I'm all for busting child abusers, but when someone is truly innocent, and these forums "forget" to post those facts, it can really ruin a persons life. Just think if it was you. Now he can't ever get a job, and this will haunt him forever, and it was a mistake! I really hope he sues this site and wins for a few million dollars!

Oh, and for some more details, why would it take over 7 months to file charges against the guy if the laptops they took from his car had these photos? I'm guessing the cops were a little busy with jerkin off to the kiddy porn they found than to actually arrest him. 7 months... pulled over on July 2ed 2007, and the arrest warrant was issued January 17th 2008!! Wow... just wow... I'm glad they worked hard on this case! Must be busy as hell in New Stanton! So many criminals!

You know, the saddest part was, there were no videos!

James didn't have any videos on his laptop. He only had 5 photos to prove that it was happening. The 2 girls gave him the photos after getting them from the guy who was actually doing the thing.

Here's part of what one of the girls said, paraphrased;

The guy who did the wrestling contacted them on Yahoo, and paid her the money. James was only there once and was distracted by the guy's wife while it went on in a different room, so James didn't even see anything happen. On July 2ed, 2007, the girls met James and they were on their way to the police to report it when the cop made the stop.
Both girls told the judge that they never said Crise did anything to the police, but the detective lied in the affidavits signed.

The judge ruled that the stop was illegal, the search was illegal, and that the police overstepped their bounds when they pulled him over. The officers that were involved have all been fired, including the county detective that lied on the affidavits, and will be forced to settle with James Crise when he sues them for 4th and 14th amendment violations. James is looking at almost $5 million from the city, and the cops/detectives. One of the cops is having every investigation he took a part in reopened, due to the fact that he's was part of the computer task force for the state of Pennsylvania, and has busted many of the state's pedophiles, and now the legal system will be backed up for years on the appeals. The detective involved was only a few months from retirement, and now has had his pension revoked, and will have to sell his house to pay the settlement. Crise said he would gladly take the house at current market value as part of the settlement.

All 3 cops and the one detective are being indicted on charges of purgey, false arrest, illegal imprisonment, planting evidence, and others.

First, if you're Jim, you should just say so. Or, y'know, use another email to sign up with. Maybe one that doesn't trace straight to your Myspace page. Pretending to be the neighbor is just rude. We have no problem talking to the accused in a case, we do it all the time.

Secondly, all our information is from sources in the public record, obtainable on the internet. Therefore, you can't sue and win. Threatening to sue blogs is kind of ridiculous. We have not committed libel, we have simply reported the news as it was reported by networks and journalists before us. You might as well go to your local paper or TV news station and hit 'em with a cease-and-desist and see what they tell you. In fact, please do. Then come back here and tell us what they had to say.

Further, should you try to sue the site, you'll have to sue at least two people in two separate states, neither of which are your own. Then you'll have to get discovery, at great expense, to tell you that we don't make a profit. That's right, Morbid does this for free. I write for free. Our site expenses exceed our income every single month. So enjoy spending that cash to find out that there are in fact no recoverable assets.

Third, I issued an open comment on our front page article, here, inviting you to come tell your side of the story. I think you should. If you have been acquitted, please provide me with a link or a phone number or something so that we can update to reflect that. I don't write articles based on hearsay, and I don't update them based on hearsay - I need something that I can verify, and so far, Google news isn't being very helpful to your cause. I'll dig a little deeper once I've had some coffee. Once I've verified your acquittal, I have no problem updating the article. And perhaps you ought to update your Myspace to reflect that as well, because this morning when I read it said "the case is still ongoing".

EDIT: According the the Pennsylvania Magisterial District Judge docket sheet on this case, James Crise HAS NOT been acquitted. In fact, the case is still in preliminary hearings after three continuances. The next hearing is on May 1, 2008.

I really liked how "it was only a few pictures" on his computer, and that "the girls gave them to him". I want to appologize for his total idiocy. Here are the true facts of my case.

No, I have not been aquited. My preliminary hearing is May 1st, as stated by the court records. The DA and Detectives have continued my prelim hearing because the detective needed to take a class or something.

I'm not going to sit here and pretend I'm 100% innocent. But in no way am I a child molester. I didn't have any nude photographs on my computer, the computer they found the photographs on was the one I was letting the older girl use for her school work.

Here's exactly what happened on July 2ed, 2007.

I picked up the younger girl at her home, and drove into the next town to watch the older girl who was preforming in a parade. I picked up James Moon in town since he was also going to the parade. When we got there, I didn't know the 2 girls were planning on spending the night at the youngers home. The younger girl asked Mr. Moon to pretend to be her dad so if the older girls mom asked, she would be allowed to go. Mr. Moon said no he wouldn't, and she knew I wouldn't lie to the older girls mom. After the parade, as me and Mr. Moon were in the car about to drive away, both girls hopped in the back seat. They said the older girls mom said it was ok to spend the night. I was dropping Mr. Moon off at his home when the police pulled me over for not stopping at a stop sign. I did not lie about my age to the police at any time. My license was suspended, yea, I know, I was driving, we've all done stupid stuff like that before. I do admit I had photos of the older girl on my computer, but none of the sexual kind. I am a graphic designer, and was doing some edits for her to put on her MySpace page. When the cops learnt that my license was suspended, I was cuffed, and placed in the back of a cruiser, while both girls were asked questions on the side of the road. They got in a second cruiser and we all went to the police station. After almost 4 hours, I was let go, with no charges, went and paid the impound fee, and drove home. Then, over 7 months later, I'm charged with all kinds of crimes that I know I didn't commit.

I know I shouldn't have been giving them rides in the first place, but the older girl was like a little sister to me, and she still is. And I don't mean that in a perverted way. I care for her, and still hope she's ok, but I do not in any way want to have a romantic/sexual relationship with her.

As for my previous crimes, the theft was when I was working at a Radio Shack, and was accused of stealing an MP3 player. I was fired, then 2 months later, the store files the charges. I didn't steal the player, and after my year of probation, the guy who actually did steal the player came forward. It's still on my record. The 'terroristic threats' was from a very mentally unstable woman and her boyfriend, whom I knew through a mutual friend, who kept sending me text messages to my cell phone at all hours of the night asking if I wanted to have sex with them. After the 3ed day, I got pissed, called them up and told them if they ever texted or called me agian, I'd kill them. They saved my voicemail, and called the cops. My fiancee was dealing with a very bad illness at the time (a brain tumor) and I took the year probation so I could just get rid of the charges. I needed to be with her to help her though it.

I'll answer any questions you have, as long as you ask in an appropriate manner. Calling me a pedophile and a perv, when i haven't even had my prelim hearing is still slander, since in the USA, your innocent until proven guilty, at least I hope that's the way it works still.

No police have lost their jobs, nor am I suing websites, or the city.
