Paul Miller has 201 counts of child rape

Battle Ground police arrested a 45-year-old man today on suspicion of sexually abusing three girls, including at least one over a period of nine years.

Paul F. Miller was booked into the Clark County Jail on 201 counts of first-degree rape of a child and 10 counts of child molestation, said Detective Kim Armstrong of the Battle Ground Police Department.

Miller was arrested without resistance at a home in Vancouver where he was staying, she said.

The victims, who are all younger than 15, contacted Battle Ground police about the abuse last week. "We believe we have all three (victims)," she said.

The victims are all younger than 15 and one has been abused for at least nine years. Ugh. The abuse must have started when she was 5 or 6. I wonder how he had access to these children.

I hope he rots in prison.
