Just like the 14 year old that posted nudies of herself on MySpace, a bunch of students that go to the high school in my town might be getting into a bit of trouble themselves:
They sent a letter to the homes of the students, and there's a PDF link for that in the article.Pictures of two naked Spring Grove Area High School freshmen forwarded to more than a dozen classmates could mean criminal charges for all involved.
As disturbing as it may sound to adults, sexting -the phenomena of taking and sending explicit cell phone photographs - is well-known among teenagers.
In cases across the nation, teens are facing the consequences of making grown-up choices as law enforcement grapples with how best to deal with the situation. Authorities say it is technically creation and dissemination of child pornography.
In Spring Grove, police are still investigating who received pictures of two fully nude girls. The case has been forwarded to the York County District Attorney's Office, but no charges have been filed.
Police say the girls took the photos of themselves and sent them to others, some of whom forwarded them on.
School officials confiscated phones Monday, coming into classrooms and pulling students involved and taking their phones. District officials then called the police.

EDIT: The students involved won't face charges as long as they turn in their cell phones to be destroyed. I just read that in the article.
