Dustin Farberg,34, has been charged with two counts of stalking, one count of identity theft and one count of operating a vehicle without the owner's consent.

His crime? Installing secret GPS devices in his wife's car among other things used to stalk his wife. I'm assuming they were separated,or soon will be.

He has been suspended from his state job as a recruiter while the charges are investigated.
