Yvonne Pampellonne used a fake identity to pay for breast implants

An Orange County woman is accused of stealing a pair of new breasts and then going on the lam.

Yvonne Pampellonne, 30, allegedly used a fraudulent identity to pay for liposuction and a breast implant exchange, according to the Huntington Beach Police Department.

The Laguna Niguel woman is accused of opening a line of credit in someone else's name in September 2008, having the procedures and then never showing up for any follow-up appointments.

Employees at the Pacific Center For Plastic Surgery were able to identify Pampellonne as a suspect in this case after viewing a photograph line-up, police said.

She has been charged with commercial burglary, grand theft and identity theft.

Police said the total loss is valued at more than $12,000.

HUNTINGTON BEACH - Authorities are searching for a 30-year-old woman accused of stealing another woman's identity so she could get new breast implants and liposuction. A $20,000 warrant has been issued for her arrest.

The alleged enhancement scam began in September 2008 when Huntington Beach police say Yvonne Pampellonne used a stolen identity to open a line of credit. According to detectives, Pampellonne then used the credit to get breast implants and other cosmetic surgery - $12,000 worth of services - from Pacific Center for Plastic Surgery, a Huntington Beach center.

Huntington Beach police detective Larry Pitcher said Pampellonne lied to her doctor and center staff about her name and other personal information.

When Pampellonne didn't return for follow-up appointments, employees at Pacific Center became suspicious and called police. Medical staff identified Pampellonne from a photo lineup, Pitcher said.

An arrest warrant was issued last week for Pampellonne's arrest on charges of commercial burglary, grand theft and identity theft.

Stealing cosmetic surgery? Has it come to this?

California police say a 30-year-old woman stole someone’s identity in order to have 12-thousand dollars worth of plastic surgery, including breast implants and liposuction.

Lt. Gary Faust - Huntington Beach Police Dept - “In September 2008, a female named Yvonne Pampellone established a line of credit in somebody else’s name. She then used that line of credit to obtain cosmetic surgery at a place in Huntington Beach.“

Police are now on the hunt for Pampellone. They say she never returned for follow-up appointments after the procedures. She’s been charged with burglary, grand theft and identity theft.

LoL, only Tom is her friend, To bad she will need new work done by the time she pays off the work she just had done, maybe big Bertha will appreciate it whiles she is in jail. What a shame her cutie pie daughter will have to live with out her mommy and be raised by some one else. She should have just turned some tricks , she could have made that much cash in no time at all. Prostitution is barley a misdemeanor charge and little to no jail time and mostly reduced to loitering or something like that. Burglary, grand theft and identity theft carries some pretty big time and fines. Makes her a felon for the rest of her life.
