
BOISE - Boise police
found drugs and paraphernalia within easy access of two grade-school age children at a Boise woman's residence Thursday afternoon.
Officers f
ound three grams of meth, hypodermic needles and a pipe when they searched the suspect's apartment. Evidence indicates that the she intended to sell the drugs. State Health and Welfare took custody of the two children, both younger than 11 years old.
Officers arrested Misty Baker, 32, on charges of intent to deliver, injury to a child and possession of paraphernalia.
