35-year-old Man Jailed on $7,750,000 Bail, for lewd acts with a ten-year-old girl

I dont think I have ever deen bail this high before. To bad there not saying peoples names.

SACRAMENTO An illegal immigrant is being held in the Sacramento County jail on more than seven million dollars bail for a dozen-plus counts of alleged child abuse.

Investigators say the thirty-five year old man is charged with fourteen counts of lewd acts with a ten-year-old girl.

CBS13 is not releasing the name of the suspect in order to protect the alleged victim.

The suspect is charged with kidnapping, lewd acts with a child, and oral sex acts with a child.

Authorities say the man has no criminal record prior to this arrest.

$7750000 sounds like an appropriate bail for anyone who raped a 10 year old. i hope this catches on all around the country. finally, someone got it right.

i would be very interested to know what the kidnapping charge is about. with an unusually high(but totally fair)bail like this, could this be connected with sex trafficking? i hope more information comes out about this.
