Crystal Broeder, AKA "Hickey Neck" AKA "Stop tatttling on daddy", got arrested today and charged with a felony charge of child abuse.

YES! That is sooooo good to hear. She deserves to be charged and sentenced just as severely as her fuckwit reject BF. No way was she not involved in this. Even if she hadn't actually hurt the baby (and she clearly did judging by her charges), she covered for her fuckwit BF and tried to shut Dominick up when he was doing right by his little sis!


And it seems to me that Fugly Phil's sister would be ideal to raise those precious kids. Judging by her fantastic comment there is no way in HELL these two tards would get within an inch of the kids again. Not without sustaining some serious injury from their aunt, anyway!

Way to go Phil's sis! (sorry you had the misfortune of being related to him.)

They are both beautiful kids, who have witnessed and experienced way too much shit in their short lives. They deserve so much more, and I really hope they catch a break.

Press release: Melrose man gets 12 years for child abuse
Clovis, NM — Ninth Judicial District Attorney Matthew Chandler announced today that Phillip Holmes, age 26, of Melrose pled guilty today to charges of 1st Degree Child Abuse and was sentenced today to twelve (12) years in the Department of Corrections.

The charges stem from March 5, 2009, when the Melrose Police Department responded to Plains Regional Medical Center concerning a 3-month old baby girl suffering from two broken arms and multiple areas of bruising. Upon arriving, authorities found that the mother rushed the baby to the hospital after the child started displaying signs of impaired motor skills. The mother told authorities that she stepped outside the house for a short period of time and left the child under the care of the child’s father, Phillip Holmes. Phillip Holmes attempted to explain to authorities that his daughter sustained the injuries after she fell off the bed and was attacked by a pit bull puppy at the residence. As the investigation continued, Holmes changed his story and claimed that he accidently dropped the child. However, both of Holmes stories were inconsistent with the injuries to the child and the medical doctors’ examinations.

The Honorable Judge Stephen K. Quinn presided over the sentencing hearing and Chief Deputy District Attorney Andrea Reeb prosecuted the case for the State. Judge Quinn sentenced Holmes to serve twelve (12) years in the New Mexico State Penitentiary. Once Holmes finishes his prison term, he faces an intensively supervised probation period of an additional two (2) years. The court also ordered Holmes to participate in mandatory counseling while incarcerated and continue the counseling as a condition of his parole.

I just want to apologize 4 my comment... see it has came to my understanding that it was the CUNT mother who hurt her own child because she has ppd... I am asking 4 every1s help on getting my brother out of jail... he needs us really bad right now... pls help him! thanks

WOW! Sis really pulled a 180 with this new revealation! She was really quick to condemn him which leads me to believe she thought he was capable of doing something so horrible. Most people would give their own brother the benefit of the doubt until it was proven otherwise-- she kind of did the opposite here. I don't know, I think I liked her 1st post better! Then again, I tend to believe an innocent 3 year old who has no reason to lie over a POS child abuser desperatly trying to get his ass out of jail---but that's just me!

that's the whole reason i say maybe the 'family' made sis recant...3 yr olds DONT know how to lie yet...but i BET he is being coached as we speak

12 years? Better than a slap on the wrist. I believe Phillip did it, but if for some reason he didn't he knew this little one was in pain and he didn't seek help for her so fuck him and I hope jail is as unpleasant as possible
