The victim came home and saw her husband try to take her 8-year-old son’s game system. When she confronted the suspect, he punched her in the face and kicked her in the chest, police said.
The victim had a restraining order against her husband in 2006, cops said. She declined medical attention.
Nickson Arisme was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Wonder if the x-box was the "dangerous weapon"? What a prick.
