SHEBOYGAN, Wis. -- The search for a man accused in a fatal shooting in Sheboygan this week has gone nationwide.
Sheboygan authorities have issued a nationwide arrest warrant for 25-year-old Michael M. Moffett of Milwaukee.
A criminal complaint filed Wednesday charges Moffett with first-degree intentional homicide in the shooting of Luis DeLeon of Milwaukee on Tuesday. Authorities say DeLeon had been dating Moffett's cousin.
The complaint said DeLeon was
riding in a car and asked the driver to
pull over when he saw Moffett walking with two friends.
The driver told police DeLeon approached the group, then
backed away with his hands
up. The driver said Moffett
fired, then
stood over DeLeon's body and
continued shooting.
