Scott Demarco punched his pregnant girlfriend in the face

Police arrested a Springfield man for allegedly striking his pregnant girlfriend when she confronted him about who he was visiting Wednesday evening.

Scott T. Demarco, 26, of the 1500 block of West Enos Avenue, was taken to the Sangamon County Jail.

The 27-year-old victim told police she had driven by a home in the 1100 block of Oakdale Avenue about 6:15 p.m. and saw Demarco going into it.

She stopped to ask him what he was doing because she thought he might be cheating on her. When she stopped, Demarco allegedly jumped off the porch, ran up to her and punched her in the face, causing her to fall.

The victim is two months’ pregnant, she told police, adding that Demarco was aware of that fact.

Afterward, she said, Demarco got into his car and drove away. The victim went back to her home and called police. An ambulance took her to Memorial Medical Center. Both she and the baby were fine, police said.

Police found Demarco at his home just after 3 a.m. Thursday

ASSHOLE! He sounds like a violent man I wouldn't want him around the baby when the baby is born. Or else we will see him again and we still might.

Well...guess what....Lil Mama's instincts were prob correct...he was cheating...and getting caught and got all pissed off and took it out on HER! Fucker! Yes...I hope she runs as far away from him as she possibly can...NOW before it is too late!
