Keath Pebworth puts boy in headlock in Walmart bathroom

LEE'S SUMMIT, Mo. -- A Lee's Summit teen was arrested Friday, accused of attacking a child inside a Wal-Mart bathroom.

Keath Pebworth, 18, is accused of trying to kidnap an 11-year-old boy on Monday.

Police said Pebworth was seen on a surveillance camera following the boy into the bathroom.

They said he put the boy in a headlock, but the boy managed to get away.

Within minutes of the suspect's pictures being broadcast on the news, someone called police and Pebworth was arrested.

His bond is set at $250,000.

I'm glad the boy got away but the other one looks like a bully kid himself. Man you really have to be careful these days even with your kids up to age 15 or higher. They need to go in pairs.

Fuck, I'm so paranoid now after I let my 5yr. old go in the "big boys" bathroom for the first time. I peeked in and I swear no one was inside, but he came out to say a man said, "he was pretty"....fuck, I just felt like the worst mom ever. He's not going back alone until he's 15..lol.

What the fuck is an 18 year old trying to snatch a 11yr. old??? twisted, seriously wtf is going on?

Aw Silva, i'm sorry that happened. Joey always wants to go to the men's room. He'll be 6 a month from tomorrow and always says "he's a big boy" but I take him to the ladies room, he won't go to the men's room until he is a man!!

Yeah, I normally do too but the ladies room was being cleaned at the time so I let him. My heart just dropped as he said those words to me..."a man said I'm a pretty boy"....my husband was not happy either. He pissed me off saying I practically delivered him to a pedo. I was shocked and hurt he said that. He apologized later as he realized that was a really dumb thing to say. I keep beating myself up over it....fuck!

Maybe he was just an idiot. My Exhusband did shit like this without thinking. Say the kid has beautiful eyes (like Silvas kid, i've seen him) and he said "You are a pretty boy!" cause he was raised by a girl, has a sister, and married a girl with two daughters. He calls underwear panties for the boys and the girls. Habit.

I wouldn't want a 5 year old going to the boys room by himself all the time but you did nothing wrong. Don't feel bad. :)
