Luciano Lopez worked with the girl’s father and moved in with the family for about four months.
The family in December learned that the girl was pregnant. The girl initially told her parents that the father was a boy from school, but she later admitted it was the houseguest.

The 23-year old moved in with the girl's family last summer and moved out in December.
The girl's mother told police Lopez is the best friend and co-worker of her husband.The 13-year-old who’s pregnant with twins told police she had sex with Lopez on Sept. 16, but that was only the first time.
Police say the parents and family confronted Lopez when they first found out. That’s when he ran from the house and was found under a trailer, trying to protect himself from the angry crowd. A warrant was issued for his arrest.
Police caught up with Lopez Monday night. His bond has been set at $75,000.
