Hopefully this sorry excuse for a father will receive the same injuries in jail that he gave his son. Then we will see if he stops crying when someone breaks his ribs.

A man has been ordered to serve three years in prison for dropping his 3-month-old son and striking the boy, causing skull and rib fractures.
Corey Cowdrey of Fargo originally faced two felony charges of child abuse or neglect. Prosecutors dismissed one of the charges after Cowdrey pleaded guilty in December.
Court documents say Cowdrey initially denied hurting the boy but later admitted dropping him and striking him when he would not stop crying. Authorities said the child suffered skull fractures and broken ribs.
Prosecutor Ryan Younggren asked Judge John Irby to sentence Cowdrey to eight years in prison. Defense attorney Bruce Quick asked for a year in jail, saying the 39-year-old Cowdrey has taken responsibility for his action.
