Leslie D. Moon, 63, was arrested on Thursday and charged with five counts of the felony.

According to the criminal complaint on file at the Marion County Magistrate Clerk’s office, Moon allegedly filmed a nude 13-year-old female taking a bath. The complaint also states that Moon was allegedly aware of the child’s age when he made the recordings.

According to the complaint, Moon allegedly filmed the girl on at least five separate occasions. The complaint also states that Moon allegedly filmed the girl between Aug. 1 and Feb. 11.

If convicted Moon faces up to 10 years for each count. He was arraigned before Marion County Magistrate Peggy Twyman. His total bond was set at $500,000 cash. As of Thursday afternoon, Moon had not posted bond and was being housed in the North Central Regional Jail.

This is so horrible I wish she didnt have to know that ever happened. She will have this with her for a long time.

*I edited this because I felt I should note it doesnt matter what the f'cker looked like-this is a traumatic thing for anyone much less a child to have to experience. But he still is a fat old ugly bastard.

Was he putting cameras in her bathroom or taping her in person? So many questions . I would have shoved a video camera up a man's ass if I was that girl's parents. I wonder if he has ever touched a child or if he was just working up to it . Poke his eyes out so he can't ever look at a child again. Let the eye eating prision guy do it , I don't care.
