http://app.com/article/20090213/NEWS/90213044An adult and a 13-year-old male are accused of molestation in connection with an investigation by the state Division of Youth and Family services which found two girls, both under 10 years old, had contracted a sexually transmitted disease.
Candido Meyu-Ocelotl, 25, was placed in the Ocean County Jail after being interviewed by police. The juvenile that is charged is a sibling of the victims, police said.
Meyu-Ocelotl had sexual contact with one of the girls in December and the girl had told someone who brought the matter to the attention of the child's mother. Authorities found that the girl and her sister had a sexually transmitted disease.
He is charged with sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child and is being held in lieu of $75,000 bail. In addition to that bail, he has a no-bail detainer from Immigrations Customs Enforcement.
