James Boatman gave his GF's 5-year-old a Beating for bad-behavior in Kindergarten.

James Cecil Boatman, 27, DOB: 12/25/80

Come on, the little boy was only five for fucks sake and it was Kindergarten. It wasnt even a spanking, the boy had marks all over his body, he beat the crap out of the little guy. Fucking Tard Hillbilly fucker.

TAMPA - Police charged a man with felony child abuse, saying he beat his girlfriend's 5-year-old son because of a bad-behavior report at school.

James Cecil Boatman, 27, was booked into Orient Road Jail after his arrest Tuesday. He is free today on $2,000 bail, records show.

According to an affidavit, Boatman "became enraged" on Monday after the child brought home the bad-behavior report and said, "Boy, do you want to go to hell or to God?"

The child's mother saw bruises and scrapes on the child's head, face, neck, back, arms, buttocks, legs and torso after she returned home from work, the affidavit states. Boatman told her he had spanked the child, the affidavit states.

my 4yr old son is on a 'behaviour' book in his school, and is about to be assessed for ADD/ADHD by the school nurse. But I swear, if anyone laid a finger on him because of his behaviour I would kill them. With God and the readres of DD as my witnesses, I would kill them. He is my baby and NO-ONE has the right to hurt him!!!! Kids misbehave all the time, until they 'learn the rules' (for better or worse). He was probably just being a 5yr old boy. People expect far too much of kids these days, and when they dont live up to these expectations, they are termed 'problem kids'. It P***es me OFF!!!

Apologies if spelling/grammar not too good. Had a Valentines bubbly. (or few!!(

I had to re-read the article. I read ELBADBOY's comments and my brain scrambled.

How bad can a 5-year-old be? If it was truly bad, he would have had a call from the school... not a report card comment.

Thank You mom for putting your child first and turning this asshole in. I love when mom's put the child before the penis.

If I'm interpreting ELBADBOY correctly, here is the translation of his comment in standard English:

I grew up in a working-class neighborhood. I was physically disciplined by my stepfather. You should not beat a child to the point where he or she has marks all over his or her body, but sometimes physical discipline is appropriate. Thank you Step-dad for taking the time to discipline me.
I don't disagree with this. That being said, I do have a problem with parents spanking their children with objects (in other words, weapons), or hitting them hard enough to leave marks.
