I know of another way that the baby could have gotten this in her system. Most young toddlers love to lick ashtrays and yes, some do suck on the cigarette butts. Some smokers don't realize that if they try to calm a baby down by using a finger for them to suck, that could also transmit it into babies systems.

Even just being around secondhand smoke will cause nicotine to show up in a child's system.

I feel the need to mention this. There is a 'performer' that you can find online named Harmoney Jade Diamond. She was a classicly trained dancer, but grew up to be a bit.... curvy to be a ballerina, So she turned to Stripping and small time porn. I don't think she does it anymore. I am happy to say she was fairly smart about it though. Didn't get into the drugs and stuff, saved every dime and is using it turn get her Masters now, if I am correct. We were friends in High school. Her dad was a Boozefighter... Good times...

It was a bit tasteless to say a dead baby had a pornstar name. I do agree with you on that Morbid.

Damn It! Some stripper and porn star names are actaully really pretty. (I happen to have one and proudly gave my daughter one That came out wrong. I think you understand though.) At the end of the day, I have a sense of humor! And a fuckin badass name, as does my daughter. I just thought I would let that be known.

Mother pleads guilty to 2007 baby death

HARNETT COUNTY (WTVD) -- A Harnett County mother has pleaded guilty to killing her 11-month-old daughter.

Johni Michelle Heuser, 28, pleaded guilty to second degree murder Monday in the 2007 death of Harmony Jade Creech.

Creech was found dead inside a diaper box in the attic of her home in October 2007.

Harmony's father, Ronald Earl Creech II, had returned from a 15-month deployment in Iraq and discovered his daughter missing. Harmony was born while he was overseas.

The medical examiner listed the cause of death as undetermined, but a second expert found chronic starvation and medical neglect were likely contributing factors.

Heuser will spend 11 to 15 years in prison.
