If she is committing welfare fraud and she goes to jail it might be the best thing for these children. Maybe soembody can then help the kids without having to deal with Nadya. She is like a train wreck, you don't wanna look but you just can't help yourself.

Octomom’s welfare claims have come under scrutiny by investigators who have taken the necessary steps to seize her bank accounts and other documents.
Authorities believe Nadya Suleman may have been stealing taxpayer money while hiding cash she earned from her adult film and stripper jobs.


If found guilty of hiding available money Octomom’s welfare scam could land her in jail for up to 3 years.
Welfare fraud officials have obtained a warrant that allows them to seize Octomom’s financial statements and employment records since her time on welfare.
The Los Angeles County Dept. of Welfare Fraud Prevention and Investigation (WFP&I) has been investigating Nadya Suleman when she earned $200,000 in 2012 but then applied for welfare.
The Octomom Welfare fraud cause appears to be targeting her home and the office of her manager.
Because of the size of her family Octomom and her 14 kids can receive welfare in California if she earns less than $119,000 per year.
If Nadya Suleman earned $200,000 in 2012 but claimed welfare for any point during that fiscal calendar year she could be found guilty of welfare fraud

According to various articles, as long as she makes less than $119,000/yr, she gets $1,800/mo in food stamps and $1,000 in cash, plus medical and dental plus whatever other assistance available.

Octo-Mom collected more than $60,000 in welfare benefits, including food stamps, in 2012, according to a source familiar with the investigation.

wow ,here a single female gets $600 a month a male gets $500 a month and thats to buy food,pay rent and utilities
the max for any amount of kids here is $1500
we dont have food stamps but all medical and stuff is paid
It was changed years ago to not keep people on it through generations

Id like to see how this works out. I think she was a damned if you do and damned if you don't. She clearly in my opinion did not want welfare. She was in a position to need food stamps and did not get them, compromising the care of her kids. She got them. She needed them. I watched a little of Dr. Drew and it was at his urging and I think he was right to urge her to. What should she do? Give them all up instead? Foster parents get hefty stipends to you know and I don't think at all she don't love her kids.

I had a different outlook on her after that little bit I saw on Dr. Drew.

My take on this is that she should have done whatever she needed to do in regards to making money but maybe she shouldn't have blabbed all over creation about it. The officials may have found out and may not have, but they sure didn't have a choice after she was all over the place doing publicity spots for it. A little bit of discretion can go a long way.

Well in the last 3 days or so, I have been getting a red squiggly under misspelled words and some are just simply changing to the correct spelling by themselves. I don't care, I like it, but it's just kinda surprising. The last three words were underlined and changed for me since I am typing in the dark while watching Defiance. As far as I know I'm using Internet Explorer nothing fancy.

What browser do you use? I've never had one that did auto correct. I could use it!!

Nothing has been added or updated on the Forum. It's definitely your browser/device. If you type in other Forums or on Facebook, it should do the same thing.
