It seems that on Tuesday, Amanda Nichole Mongold, 24, and Ronald Eugene Mongold, 28, got into an argument over whose turn it was to use the computer and decided that the only way to settle this grown-up disagreement, was to get a deputy to do it for them. When the deputy arrived to the Mongold's family trailer to handle the dispute, she was shocked to see two of their children, a 4-year-old girl and 6-year-old boy, completely naked. The youngest son, a 3-year-old, was wearing an old diaper that was so filled with feces, it was leaking out of the sides. Deputies also noted that a child appeared emaciated with his shoulder blades sticking out from his back and one little boy complaining of genital pain was found to have sores all over his testicles.
Needless to say, the trailer wasn't anything better. There was shit smeared on the walls and their clothes was covering the floor with dirty diapers with them. They also had moldy water sitting in a kitchen sink that one child told Social Services didn't work. I am surprised that these parents found a computer to be more suiting then cleaning their fucking house. I could not imagine sitting on my ass and arguing with my husband over the computer while my kids were running around in their own shit and piss and playing in it. Not to mention the sheer embarrassment I would die from when I called the police department to settle my petty argument and they walked into my luxury home. I guess to some people, the internet is more important then their kid's health and environment.
Ronald and Amanda are both facing three counts of felony child neglect and are being held at Rappahannock Regional Jail on a $5,000.00 bond. Their 3 children have been given to a family member.
