About four years ago, state police said, Kathi Louise Turner held an 11-year-old girl down while Turner's then-boyfriend raped her.
Turner, 41, of the 300 block of Graham's Woods Road, West Pennsboro Twp., was arrested Friday and charged with rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, unlawful restraint and endangering the welfare of a child, police said.
She is being held in county prison in lieu of $100,000 bail.
She is also charged with allowing the girl to perform sex acts on her and other children, court records state.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Wednesday.
Police said they filed the charges against Turner after the girl, who is now 15, came forward in August.
In August 2006, the former boyfriend, Corey Linn Hammaker, 36, of Rye Twp., pleaded guilty to raping the girl.
In January 2007, Hammaker was sentenced to 5 to 10 years in state prison.
Hammaker is also serving 41/2 to 10 years in state prison for pushing Turner's then-9-year-old son down the stairs in 2003 for urinating in his pants, court records state.
The boy required brain surgery and was in a coma for a week. When he recovered he told investigators that Hammaker had pushed him, records state.
The boy also had bruising on his body and wounds to his feet that were later determined to be cigarette burns.
