You didn't need to what? Leave this thread? There are other parts to this site you know, and most of them are far more interesting. If you refer to DV's post, it only deals with the 2009 case. Not your most recent arrest. Good choice on cutting the hair by the way, huge improvement.

Having read the statute that you were most recently charged under, I'd suggest staying the hell away from whoever the "petitioner" is. It's a pretty damned open ended statute, which seems to cover either beating, raping, phoning, looking at funny, or being in the general vicinity of (and possibly farting at) said petitioner. So going by that charge alone I have no idea exactly how much of an ass you are, or if you have one of those shitty relationships where one always tries to one up the other by making false accusations or anything else within that realm of possibility. I DO know that getting the fuck away and STAYING the fuck away would help tremendously in every single possibility previously listed.

And because I like to end on a positive note. Again, good job on the hair cut. Oh god. And the mustache.

Let's fill in some missing info..... Francis was recently convicted of domestic violence in Columbus Ohio just over a month ago, and was issued a protective order against him. Guess he figured he could hide from it in fl. Thus violating his probation there. Then he moved in with her and the children who he so easily abuses. The police have tried to prove he is there and hopefully haul his sorry Ass back to jail for violation, but being the sorry coward he is he hides in the house and will not answer the door. Well the children are in danger so I say let's let the police know the danger these children are in!!!! Anyone who is concerned for their well being should also let DCF know he is there and they need to interview these children so the truth about this scumbag can be revealed once and for all, and the babies can grow up safe!!!

No contest here, reports have been publicly released. It's one thing to stay with a guy who hurts you emotionally, physically, and even sexually, and defend him into the bargain. The moment that guy lays out a hand to hurt your kids you have a duty to either run away or press charges and keep them safe. Wish mum the best of luck in this case, there is plenty of help out there, you just have to take it. People on here care and just want to see the kids safe, you too, and you might not see it yet, but we'd be shit's if we just sat back and said nothing, fingers crossed for you guys.
