Here's why:

Steimel was convicted in September of three counts of sexual assault of a child.

On Jan. 2, 2008, Steimel was charged with sexually assaulting a Waukesha West student in 2006 and 2007 and with sexually assaulting the student's 12-year-old brother at a Christmas party Dec. 26 at the boys' home.

Additional charges were filed against him Jan. 24, 2008, after a 22-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy learned of the accusations against Steimel. They told authorities that they also had been molested by Steimel when they were 14- and 15-year-olds, a criminal complaint filed in Waukesha County Circuit Court says.

One of the victims, now 18, told Steimel in court, "You took advantage of me and used me. You abused me. You've ruined my high school life. . . . You are the scum of this earth."

The victim, whose statements to police were instrumental in charges being filed against Steimel, said, "I'm proud that I was the one who is ending your life as you know it."

I'm proud that you're ending his life as he knows it, too.

Steimel even helped one of the boys he molested land a post as one of the racing sausages at Milwaukee Brewers' games, one of the victims' mothers told Judge John Fiorenza.

Its just too bad this prick never let any of the boys race away from him.
